LIFEgroup
What is LIFEgroup?
LIFEgroup is a weekly small group that meets in someone's home. We believe that a small group setting is the ideal place for people to connect relationally for the purpose of growing in their faith, loving one another, and developing their personal ministry to contribute to the work of the church, giving glory to God, and making disciples of all nations.
What Does LIFEgroup Stand For?
"LIFE" in LIFEgroup is an acronym for Love, Instruction, Fellowship, and Evangelism.

Is this the Same Thing as a "Cell Group"?
Sometimes small groups are called "cell" groups. The word "cell" is a biological term. The human body is composed of millions of cells, each of which contains the DNA of the body and multiplies itself many times. Similarly, the cell group is the basic unit of life in the body of Christ. The "DNA" of the church is contained in the cell group. That is, the purposes of the church are carried out in the cell.
It is important for us to be together! As the Early Church met house-to-house, so we've learned that small groups can strengthen us in many ways. By joining together in one of our Home Groups, our spiritual and emotional needs are met through fellowship, prayer support, and times of worship. Come try one out and see for yourself.

What Should I Expect?
Our young adults LIFEgroup meets once a week and a typical meeting lasts around an hour and a half, and includes:

A Time of Connecting: a goofy question that allows us to get to know each other
-
A Time of Worship: don't worry,we turn the music up loud so no one can hear you sing
-
A Time of Discussion: discussing life issues and applying biblical truth to them
-
A Time of Prayer: praying together for one another's needs

A Time of Fellowship: that means food
