Sundays

Attending a new church on a Sunday morning can be an intimidating experience. Here’s some of what you can expect when you arrive at Living Hope Community Church on any given Sunday for the 10 AM service:

PARKING

We have a beautiful grounds with many trees. Please feel free to park near the church or anywhere on the grounds. Many people enjoy parking in the plentiful spaces between our trees.

CHILDREN

Our kids are worth investing in and we invest heavily into the Christian education of our children. We offer them a time of Children’s worship, a bible-study lesson, a craft, and a time for prayer. It is a safe and clean environment led by experiences children’s team members.

Kids and parents will be directed to the children’s Sunday school room or the nursery, depending on the age of the child.

Here's how we group our kids' meetings:

Sunday School – 4 years old to 10 years old
Nursery - babies through 3 years old

WORSHIP

We believe that worship is the core of who we are at Living Hope Community Church. When you come on Sunday, you will hear a vibrant blending of traditional and modern worship music (mostly contemporary). We're a community that values the practices of ancient believers as well, so depending on the Sunday you attend, we may include a time of corporate prayer, fellowship, and Holy Communion and luncheons on special occasions. We want our worship experience to be rooted in sound evangelical Christian theology, while leaving room for the mystery of the Holy Spirit to work among us as we worship our Lord Jesus!

BIBLE TEACHING

We believe that the Bible is the story of God's interaction with humanity and our primary source for learning about our relationship with him. We think church should be a place where the Bible is explained soundly, clearly, simply, and easily so people can receive answers to real life problems.
You'll hear teaching that is verse by verse through books of the Bible as well as topical studies to help us be the people God wants us to be. Our commitment is to be spiritually vibrant and yet intellectually honest in our interpretation of Scripture.

CULTURE

We’re very accepting in our church. We want Living Hope Community Church to be a place where people feel like they can be themselves and encounter God’s purpose and destiny for their lives. For some people they enjoy honoring God by dressing up. For others, that will be very casual dress. Whatever you wear, you will find people laughing, talking, and genuinely sharing life together. We simply want you to be comfortable and know that you are welcome in our church!

VISITOR CARDS

We encourage every person to fill out the “Visitor Card” in the foyer. By completing this card, we can contact you and give you a heartfelt appreciation for worshipping with us in our church.
